Monthly round-ups

We're pretty much on the countdown to our summer break now so we're on a mission to tick lots of things off our to do lists. But of course we also need to celebrate a birthday and get out and about too!

A month of head-down academic work with background chaos of decorating and a major brass band contest thrown in too.

Back to the books this month after a lovely Christmas break. But, it couldn't all be about work. We also squeezed in a four-day trip to Cologne in Germany for Peggy to practise her German skills.

We love it when the schools go back! Alongside our usual learning, we added some new online courses this month but also had two mini holidays as well. It's been a busy month!

What a brilliant start to our new academic year. A busy month with a good mix of academic work, fun courses and trips out.

July was the time for goodbyes and a break but then the start of properly preparing for the 2024/25 academic year.

In July, our month "off", we always make a plan for the next academic year which we start in August. Here is our plan for 2024-25.

We neatly finished off the academic work for 2023 ready for a lovely break over Christmas. Books were all put back in the cupboard until 2024!

November was half spent in sunny Spain and half back at home where we managed to fit a lot of day trips in.

We had our heads down this month getting through lots of academic work before spending the last week in sunny Spain.
