This week is Agatha’s last week as a primary school-aged girl. Wow! What a seven years it’s been. Two schools, a pandemic and then two years home educated. We couldn’t have predicted that when she started school 7 years ago!
We are unbelievably proud of you Agatha. From how you’ve adapted so well to each change in your education, to how you’ve worked only as hard as is absolutely necessary, yet have excelled academically in everything you’ve tried. You’ve found new passions and interests since being home educated and you are making the most of your extra time to explore them.
Every decision made about your education to date has been made by us, your parents. This year you have had the chance to decide what happens next and we’re delighted you have chosen to remain home educated. With this comes huge commitment from us, but by heck you are worth every single hour we spend planning, studying and worrying!
We hope to guide you the best we can through the next years of your education. I truly believe that our only role is to facilitate what you want to do. You’ve already proven that you’re more than capable of directing your own education. Keep going girl!! We need to get cracking on those 17 GCSEs you want to do…
