Following last month’s really enjoyable Geography Fair, the girls jumped at the chance to have a display at this month’s Creativity Fair. These events are organised by a home ed Mum (Sarah from Let Them Be Small, @mssburns on Instagram) and give home ed children an opportunity to share their work with other families.
Agatha chose to do her display on makeup which is her current love. She included photographs of the various looks she’s done and demonstrated how to do fake wounds. This is the first time she’s ever shown people outside the house what she enjoys doing, so it was a really special event for her.
Peggy went with the title “Things I have made” and duly filled the boot up with her recent projects, including Tinsel’s wardrobe, H’s buggy and a unicorn cushion. She absolutely loved showing her creations to everyone and could have quite happily spent the entire two hours doing that!
It was great to see what the other children had done and to talk to like-minded parents. Overall, another brilliant afternoon!
