RHS Garden Bridgewater

Published

On such a gorgeous sunny day, we ventured out to the new RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford with Grandma. We went armed with our cameras so the girls would be kept entertained whilst us grown-ups appreciated the gardens. The girls took some amazing pictures, especially Peggy. We were there for a good couple of hours walking round the gardens and playing on the playground.

I’ve since found out that individual home educated families can have their first visit for free. This is a statement from RHS:

“We are able to offer families who home educate free entry to the garden once a year for a self-guided visit and ask that families book in for the day with us (by emailing schoolsbridgewater@rhs.org.uk) and recommend that if you would like to use the garden more frequently, get an RHS Family Membership.”
