As part of our states of matter learning, we looked at the Water Cycle and how we are now drinking water which the dinosaurs would have drunk too! We then tried to show the water cycle in action. It would have been more effective if we’d picked a sunny day but they’re in short supply at the moment!
The idea is that the water in the bottom of the bag gradually warms in the sun. It then evaporates and the vapour rises to the top of the bag where it condenses in the “clouds” before falling as rain again.
