Us after doing a 20 minute run.

Over the last eight weeks, Daddy and I have been doing an app called couch to 5k. I have wanted to go running for a very long time, so when Daddy told me he had got the app I was very happy. We started doing one minute runs three times a week round the canal and every week they added time so, after eight weeks, we are running three times a week for 28 minutes. Next week is our final week, and hopefully I won’t get too tired because Diggle has a lot of hills. One of my plans for this year is to do the Mossley 10k, so hopefully we can still practice for it. It might be cancelled, but I hope it will still go on.
