We were asked by the LA to include our educational philosophy in our first annual report. This is what we came up with:
We want to provide our children with a well-rounded education, expose them to as many different experiences as we can and send them out into the world as independent young women who believe in themselves and want to make a difference to those around them.
We therefore take up as many varied and new opportunities as we can to show the girls what’s out there in the world, how they can help others and also for them to gain skills so they can be independent and braver in their life choices. This is the bit that goes way beyond academic knowledge and achievement and is arguably the most important job for us as parents; our girls need to be made world-ready!
